Some WP Zone Plugins Are Moving to BerryPress – Here’s What That Means for You

Why This Is Happening – And Why It Is Good News for Customers

To understand this change, it helps to know a bit of the backstory.

These plugins were originally created by Jonathan Hall, founder of Potent Plugins, who later joined WP Zone as one of its lead developers. When Jonathan and Anna Widera launched their own company – BerryPress – WP Zone sold them the plugin suite as part of that transition. In a very real sense, these plugins are returning to the person who built them.

For WP Zone, it was also the right moment to refocus. WP Zone has always been a Divi shop at heart – its products, audience, and expertise are built around the Divi ecosystem. With Divi 5 now released, bringing the most significant architectural changes to the builder in years, the team is focused entirely on updating its product line to be fully compatible with Divi 5.

That is where WP Zone started, and where its passion truly lies.

The result is that both teams are now doing what they are actually built for. BerryPress is fully focused on WooCommerce and WordPress tooling – it is the core of what they do, not a side project.

For the plugins themselves, that means more dedicated attention: more frequent updates, more feature development, and faster support.

For WP Zone customers, this is a straightforward handover, not an abandonment – and knowing who is on the other side of it should make it easier to trust.

Which Plugins Are Affected?

The following plugins are now managed by BerryPress:

• Product Sales Report Pro for WooCommerce
• Export Order Items Pro for WooCommerce
• Frontend Reports for WooCommerce
• Scheduled Email Reports for WooCommerce
• Extra Product Options Addon for Export Order Items
• Image Upload for bbPress Pro
• S3 Image Storage for bbPress

If you own a license for any of these, your subscription was originally purchased through WP Zone. Going forward, licenses, site activations, downloads, updates, and support are all handled through BerryPress.

What This Means If You Are an Existing Customer

Your current subscription continues to work normally for as long as it remains active. Nothing breaks automatically. You will keep receiving updates and support while your license is valid.

Downloads, license management, and site activations for these plugins have already moved to BerryPress. If you need to download the latest version of a plugin, add or remove a site activation, or check your license status, that all happens on BerryPress now – not on WP Zone.

Simply create a BerryPress account using the same email address as your WP Zone account and your existing license will be available there.

This applies to lifetime memberships too – if you purchased a lifetime membership before the transfer and had one of the above products activated under your membership, it has been migrated to BerryPress automatically, with unlimited sites and lifetime access intact.

That said, WP Zone subscriptions for these products will be phased out over time. Renewals through WP Zone will eventually stop being available, so we recommend making the move to BerryPress before your next renewal.

How to Migrate Your Subscription

1. Create a BerryPress account at berrypress.com using the same email address as your current WP Zone account.
2. Go to My Account – Licenses on BerryPress.
3. A personalized discount code will be generated automatically, based on your remaining subscription time. Depending on how much time is left, you may qualify for a discount of up to 90% OFF.
4. Start your BerryPress subscription using that coupon code.
5. Cancel your WP Zone subscription manually from My Account – Subscriptions once you have renewed on BerryPress.

That is it. Your plugin files, site activations, and support access all continue through your BerryPress account.

What If I Recently Renewed on WP Zone?

If you renewed recently, your access is fully honored. The discount coupon on BerryPress is calculated based on your remaining subscription time, up to 90%, so you are not penalized for having just paid.

You choose when to migrate – there is no pressure to move immediately.

What This Means If You Are New to These Plugins

All purchases, downloads, and support now happen through BerryPress. WP Zone is no longer the place to buy or manage these plugins going forward.
